Jim Myers was his real name, but to wreslting fans the world over he was George The Animal Steele. In is other walk of life he was a high school teacher and football coach, when the bell rang, he was a turnbuckle eating, green tongued, chair wielding madman. Every once in a while, The Animal would demonstrate scientific wrestling and atheltic ability (thus giving himself away).
He was also called “The Furniture Mover.”
