The YES4ALL plyo boxes are tremendously versatile and a definite golden addition to your gym.
For JUMPING, they can be used at 3 different heights. If you are in need of that all important speed strength, vertical jumps are just what the doctor ordered. They will give you that explosiveness that you crave, and your opposition will dread. Start out on the low level (16′), and work until you are at the high setting (24″). Then you can start from 16″ again but add weight with either dumbbells or a weighted vest. This will result in an amazing spike of your POWER.
For BOX SQUATS; the cornerstone of any strength training program, you needn’t look any further. Start with high box squats and methodically lower the box over weeks to come. This is not only for powerlifters….oh no no no! If you are a sprinter, footballer, martial artist, basketball player….give the box squats a try; you will be amazed.
For STEP UPS the variable height of the box will govern the intensity of this tremendous exercise made popular by the Bulgarians….’nuff said.
